Our Story

  • The seeds of The Event Agency were first sown when our founder, Rajjan, delved into the world of international marketing and event management. His passion for business events ignited during an internship within the event industry, shaping the future of his career and the inception of our company.

  • Building on his newfound passion, Rajjan established MEAM Agency, his first venture into the event management world. In its inaugural year, MEAM Agency successfully executed over 20 productions, laying a solid foundation for growth and innovation in the events space.

  • With the event landscape rapidly evolving, Rajjan launched The Speakers, a speakers bureau that offered a roster of unique speakers and moderators. The bureau achieved a remarkable milestone with over 200 bookings in its first year. Simultaneously, MEAM Agency expanded its reach with more international bookings, catering to a global audience and enhancing its service offerings.

  • The year 2023 marked a significant evolution for our ventures. AI Speakers was founded as a specialized bureau featuring experts in artificial intelligence, responding to the surging demand for tech-centric speakers. Additionally, Socialize Agency was established to manage the burgeoning talent pool of speakers and moderators. Together, these initiatives amassed over 500+ event bookings, reflecting our growing influence and expertise in the industry.

  • In a strategic move to unify our brands and reinforce our core values, we rebranded to The Event Agency. This name change symbolized our commitment to delivering passion-driven, impactful, and emotionally resonant events. The same year, we expanded our global footprint by opening an office in Dubai, aiming to inspire and emotionally connect with more people worldwide.

  • Looking ahead, 2025 is set to be a pivotal year as we strive towards sustainability in event management. We plan to open a third office and anticipate reaching 600 bookings for both our talent and in-house productions. This expansion is not just about scaling our operations but also about nurturing a sustainable and responsible approach to event planning.
